1. First, the slider of the high-speed precision punch drives the upper die to move downward from the highest point in the die opening state. At this time, the upper and lower dies are not in contact.
2. When the upper die plate contacts the punch part of the lower die, the sliding block of the open punch continues to move downward, and the stripping spring of the lower die begins to compress or the air ejector rod moves downward, so as to make the lower striking plate move downward.
3. The sliding block of the high-speed precision punch continues to move downward. When approaching the lower dead center (closed die state), the upper template completely enters the lower die folding knife. At this time, the bending edge of the punch has been formed.
4. After the high-speed precision punch passes through the lower dead center, the slider drives the upper die to pick up. At this time, due to the release of pressure, under the action of the stripping spring force of the lower die, the lower striking plate pushes the punch out of the lower die folding knife, and the jacking pin of the upper template pushes down, so that the punch is detached from the upper template to complete the stripping.
5. The slider of the high-speed precision punch drives the upper die to continue to go up and return to the highest point when the die is opened to complete a stamping process. |
