In addition to structural improvements, one of the most effective methods is to use a good lubrication and cooling system (above) to meet the requirements of heat balance.
High speed punch manufacturers are adopting an improved full thin oil lubrication cooling system. In this system, on the one hand, in order to stabilize the work of the high-speed punch, the system must bring enough heat from the high-speed punch. On the other hand, in order to improve and control the changing thermal convexity on the precision punch, the cooling system must do different intensity cooling according to different areas of each part of the punch. At the same time, the cooling system also acts as a lubricant, which can reduce the friction coefficient between the contact surfaces of moving parts of high-speed punch.
