High speed punch is an integrated special cast iron alloy, which is widely used in stamping small precision parts such as precision electronics, communication, computer, household appliances, auto parts, motor stator and rotor and so on. The high-speed punch often has the condition that the gear ring of the brake disc is worn. The wear is very serious and uneven, which can not be solved by traditional methods. We can use this rapid maintenance technology to solve the wear problem of shaft keyway of high-speed punch.
Only by reasonably analyzing the wear causes of shaft keyway of high-speed punch, can the equipment be properly repaired. The specific wear conditions of the equipment are as follows:
This equipment belongs to continuous stamping equipment. The flywheel has a large moment of inertia in operation and causes a large torque and impact on the ring gear during braking. Therefore, the ring gear and gear of the brake disc are prone to gear beating. At the same time, the fit between the gear and the shaft diameter depends on the torque transmitted by the flat key. In the case of frequent impact and two-way impact, the key strip is easy to roll, resulting in the wear and widening of the keyway. Continuous operation will lead to failure to transfer the corresponding torque, which is a common problem of this kind of equipment.
When the traditional method can not be repaired, carbon nano polymer material technology can be used to repair the wear of shaft keyway on site. The material has good adhesion, good compression resistance, wear resistance, elastic deformation and other comprehensive mechanical properties of metal, so as to realize on-line repair. The repair efficiency is high and does not require a large number of disassembly equipment. Generally speaking, the repair can be completed within 8 hours.
The specific maintenance process of shaft keyway wear is as follows:
(1) Bake the oil on the oxyacetylene surface until there is no spark. Do not bake the same part repeatedly;
(2) Polish the repaired surface with a polishing machine to remove high points, and clean the repaired surface with absolute ethanol to ensure that the repaired surface is rough, clean and dry;
(3) Blend carbon nano polymer material sd7101h, coated on the repair surface and scraped along the benchmark;
(4) Due to the large amount of wear, the material needs to be coated for many times, and repaired to the standard shaft diameter with a repairer;
(5) Try to assemble the keyway with the standard key, and then paint the material to form;
(6) Heat the gear parts for hot assembly. |
