How to solve the problem of material deviation of servo feeder |
Date:2021-11-22 |
The deviation of servo feeder refers to the phenomenon that the material belt sent out deviates to one side, which will cause the problems of inaccurate feeding and wrong punching of die. It needs to be solved in time to avoid the damage of die and unqualified production.
There are two reasons for the deviation of the servo feeder: one is the deviation caused by the uneven adjustment of the left and right pressure of the pressing spring. The solution is very simple. Just adjust the pressure of the pressing spring on both sides evenly according to the material thickness; Second, material slipping during feeding needs to be solved step by step.
The servo feeder is biased. If there is slip during feeding, it is mostly because the material is too thick, which needs to be solved in three steps:
1. Increase the pressing force of the pressing spring to ensure that the material can be completely pressed. When adjusting the pressing force spring, check whether the spring color is yellow or green. Yellow is yellow. The compression ratio of the spring is large, but the pressure is small. If it is yellow, contact the after-sales personnel of the punch feeder factory to replace it with a green spring. (ensure that the material thickness is within the applicable range of the machine)
2. Check whether the air inlet pipe of the servo feeder is connected. If so, connect the other air pipe to the solenoid valve. The servo feeder can also realize the relaxation function by connecting an air pipe, but if the material is too thick, it is necessary to connect an air pipe to the cylinder on the solenoid valve, so that the cylinder will have thrust, so that the roller on the servo feeder can be clamped more tightly to prevent slipping.
3. The material is thick and the self weight is too heavy. Due to the backward pull of the feed inlet, it causes slippage. At this time, on the premise of ensuring the feeding speed, it is necessary to minimize the waiting interval, reduce the pull back load of the feed inlet and solve the problem of slipping. When using thick materials, it is common that the materials are too heavy. The customer can consult the after-sales personnel to determine a reasonable waiting interval. |
