On the speed increase of servo feeder

The main misunderstanding of servo feeder speed-up is that many manufacturers believe that PLC affects the speed of NC servo feeder. The potential view is that using high-speed PLC can improve the feed speed. In fact, this is a big cognitive misunderstanding. The basic principle of servo feeder is the built-in high-speed pulse output function of PLC. The price of the three in one feeder can directly send a quantitative number of pulses to control the operation of the servo driver. The servo driver controls the rotation of the servo motor according to the number of pulses and channels sent by the PLC pulse output terminal. The position and speed can accurately give the feeding length. Ideally, the current standard PLC is sufficient to meet the demand of 600 feeds. The real bottleneck of this technology lies in the response time of the servo system. Therefore, it is useless to simply change the behavior of PLC.

Error in speed raising of servo feeder

When the roller feeder is used, the punch output shaft provides power to drive the fair rotation, and the outer rocker wheel is driven to rotate through the cross joint (right tooth), adjustable pull rod and cross joint (left tooth). The inner rocker wheel is located inside the frame, and the inner rocker wheel and the outer rocker wheel drive shaft are connected together. When the chute moves, the nut is hinged with the top of the rocker arm and matched with the screw rod fixed at the bottom of the sliding plate. The movement of the rocker arm can make the sliding plate move back and forth along the guide rail on the upper plane of the frame through the cooperation of the nut and the screw rod.

At this time, many customers are wondering why to ask the height of the mold line. In fact, this is determined by the device mode of the punch feeder. The current punch feeder, whether it is a pneumatic feeder, a roller feeder, a CNC feeder, or a clip feeder, is a stop device fixed on the side platform of the punch. In order to ensure the feeding jitter, the fixing bolts on the device plate need to be adjusted according to different molds. Change the height of the feeding line of the feeder and adjust the height of the feeding line of the feeder according to the customer's time and the height of the die.
