As a high-precision punch machine and equipment, in the whole process of high-speed operation, there is no problem for the general high-speed precision punch to operate continuously for three days under the condition that the die shell and the feeding system software should ensure stability and precision. The function loss is calculated at a certain discount, the power consumption is calculated at 70%, and the power consumption in 10 hours is about 50 kwh.

The high-speed precision punch adopts the combination of common pig iron and aluminum alloy, with high rigidity and durability. The guide rail slider is designed with a long guide path and equipped with a guide rail slider balancer to ensure high precision and smooth operation. All wear-resistant components are electronic and fully automatic air inlet system on time. In case of lack of grease, the punch will stop automatically. Duration of the job

In theory, high-speed precision punches can be operated continuously. For example, some high-speed precision punches do not punch molds except temporarily replacing raw materials under the condition of ensuring lubrication and feeding. For long-time operation, the die shell and feeding system software shall ensure the stability and precision. Under the condition that the punch can operate normally, the thermal cycle can be achieved after about 2 hours of punch operation. Its fitness direction is stable, and it is not easy to produce abnormal phenomena such as biting and polishing. The high-speed precision punch should be operated continuously, and its load should be reduced. It is proposed that the load should be above or below 60% of the nominal pressure force to ensure the bending stiffness of the NC lathe. Generally, it is normal to operate continuously for three days.

Statistical analysis of power consumption

The motor selected for the 100 ton punch is generally a 7.5 kW motor. Theoretically, if it is applied to the rated current and current, it consumes 7.5 kwh of electromagnetic energy per hour. It is fully considered that the work done by the punch during the specific operation is only a dead center for a while (cold stamping process). Most of them are the high speed of the water pump flywheel, and the function loss shall be calculated according to a certain discount. It is proposed that the power consumption in 10 hours is about 50 kwh based on 70%.
