Under the condition that the punch can operate normally, the thermal cycle can be achieved after about 2 hours of punch operation. Its fitness direction is stable, and it is not easy to produce abnormal phenomena such as biting and polishing. The high-speed precision punch should be operated continuously, and its load should be reduced. It is proposed that the load should be above or below 60% of the nominal pressure force to ensure the bending stiffness of the NC lathe. Generally, it is normal to operate continuously for three days.
Statistical analysis of power consumption
The motor selected for the 100 ton punch is generally a 7.5 kW motor. Theoretically, if it is applied to the rated current and current, it consumes 7.5 kwh of electromagnetic energy per hour.
