When the manufacturer uses it, it is best to formulate specific safety policies and safety plans and strictly implement them. At the same time, the manufacturer of precision high-speed punch should also improve the safety of the machine, Ensure the safety of operators as much as possible.
The fuselage of the precision high-speed punch not only has high requirements for the straight stiffness, but also has high requirements for the horizontal stiffness. Therefore, the structure of the fuselage should be symmetrical as much as possible to prevent the inclination and offset of the fuselage during stress deformation or thermal deformation.
Due to the high stroke times of the slider, the reciprocating and rotary parts will have a large and periodically changing inertia force, and the fuselage must have good anti vibration performance. Therefore, the fuselage is generally made of gray cast iron or nodular cast iron.
1. The crank slider mechanism must have no dynamic balance equipment, so as to reduce the unbalanced force in the work of high-speed crankshaft and reciprocating linear moving parts. The uneven force will cause the oscillation of equipment and buildings near the precision high-speed punch, and have a harmful impact on the stressed parts and die life of the precision high-speed punch;
2. Improve the rigidity of the precision high-speed punch and the guiding accuracy of the slider to make it used to the needs of the fine blanking process.
3. The feeder with high feeding accuracy is selected, and the feeding accuracy is up to 00.03-0.05mm. Although there is no accurate step distance equipment at each station of progressive die, high feeding accuracy can improve the service life of step positioning equipment and reduce mold and equipment accidents caused by inaccurate feeding |
