What are the common problems of servo feeder in stamping machine tool? |
Date:2021-11-22 |
In the daily production process, size problems often occur when using servo feeder. Some of these questions are actually very simple. Just read the following questions and answers carefully, which will bring you great convenience. Follow the small series of stamping machine tools to understand and have a look!
1. Can all punch presses be equipped with servo feeders
Because of its simple operation, high feeding accuracy and low failure rate, it is widely loved by stamping users. However, not all punch presses can be equipped with servo feeders. Equipped with servo feeder, it is necessary to have independent air source, and the punch is equipped with cam (usually two groups are required, one group is connected with relaxation signal and the other group is connected with feeding signal. If the punch is used for blanking, it only needs feeding signal), and the punch speed cannot be too fast (the fastest speed of pneumatic servo feeding is 200 times / min, and the fastest speed of mechanical servo feeding is 250 times / min).
2. How does it work
The servo feeder is connected with the punch through two groups of cam signals, one group receives the feeding signal and the other group relaxes the signal to realize the linkage. When the slider of the press runs to 9 o'clock, it will touch the cam to give the feeding signal. After receiving the feeding signal according to the set feeding length, the servo feeder PLC will output the signal to the servo driver. The servo driver then controls the operation of the servo motor. The degree of motor operation is fed back to the servo driver by the encoder, and the two cooperate to complete the transmission of the set feeding length. When the press slider reaches 6 o'clock, it will touch the cam to give a relaxation signal, and the PLC of the feeder receives the relaxation signal. At this time, the PLC will output a signal source to control the action of the solenoid valve. The solenoid valve controls the release cylinder of the servo feeder, and the cylinder acts through the piston to make the servo feeding release mechanism raise the upper roller to relax the material and realize instantaneous relaxation. This is the main operation principle of the servo feeder. In this way, the whole process of feeding and stamping can be completed.
The above are some common problems in the use of servo feeder introduced by the small editor of stamping machine tool. You can learn more. |
