1. In the commissioning process, there is no need to feed, but first adjust the guide screw on the guide plate upward, and then slowly adjust the punching hammer to the bottom dead center through inch movement. At the same time, pay special attention to the guide plate. If the float lever is pressed too low, the float lever will bend or break. When starting the punching feeder for continuous punching, make sure to rotate the speed adjusting screw of the feeder clockwise, and the slider will be slightly slower, so that you can see whether the slider touches the nylon gasket and the length adjusting screw to move back and forth.
2. In the tester, the slider will move back and forth. If only the nylon washer but not the length adjusting screw is contacted, it means that the floating rod is not lowered deep enough, so the guide screw on the punch should be lowered slowly. If the slider only contacts the length adjustment screw and does not contact the nylon washer when the slider moves back and forth, it is because the floating rod falls too deep and the bow / guide screw on the punch needs to move slowly and adjust upward.
3. If the slider moves between the length adjusting screw and the nylon washer and the distance between both sides is equal, rotate the speed adjusting screw counterclockwise to make the slider speed normal. When moving the nylon back and forth, you can touch the slider gasket and gasket ring.
