Problems and solutions of high speed punch clutch
After pressing the clutch button of the high-speed punch or stepping on the foot switch, the operator found that the clutch did not respond, which was mostly caused by the failure of the clutch. In order to ensure the normal operation of the high-speed punch, it is necessary to carry out maintenance in time. So, what's wrong with starting the press clutch without reaction?
Generally speaking, the common causes and treatment methods of no response of high-speed punch clutch are as follows:
1. The tension spring of the rotating key is broken or loose. For this damaging fault, the problem can be solved only by replacing a new tension spring.
2. The tail link of the rotating key is broken. If the tail of the rotating key is broken, the rotating key will fail, resulting in the failure of the clutch. The solution is to replace the key tail with a new one.
3. The rotating key is completely damaged. The solution is: replace with a new rotating key. This kind of damage is the most serious, so the high-speed punch must be idled before working, otherwise it is easy to cause safety failure
4. The reason of the circuit part is that the circuit can not be connected due to circuit breakage, short circuit and loose connector, which will also affect the operation effect of the clutch. Solution: check the circuit immediately. This fault can be prevented. In the process of daily maintenance and service, this fault can be eliminated by regular inspection.
5. The pin of the foot switch is not inserted into the socket. If the pin is not inserted into the socket, stepping on the switch naturally has no effect. The solution is: check whether it is inserted into the socket. If not, please insert the socket.
Finally, it should be noted that if the operator finds intense impulse when operating the clutch of high-speed punch, it is because the brake is too loose or the clutch gear is damaged. Solution: if it is the brake, it can be solved by adjusting the tightness of the brake. If it is the damage of the gear, it can be solved only by replacing the gear. |
