Primary maintenance
The following points shall be done when stamping is completed:
1. Arrange personnel to clean and clean punch equipment;
2. Refuel the guide rail crankshaft and connecting rod of the high-speed punch, and the screw ball joint shaft;
3. Check whether the manipulator, clutch and brake of high-speed punch are normal;
4. Check whether the oil circuit and oil pump of the punch are intact;
5. During holidays or when the press is not applicable, the workbench, guide rail and die of the press shall be protected against rust to avoid surface rust caused by long-term non application.
Secondary maintenance
1. Regularly check the operation of the drive shaft, copper sleeve and bearing of the punch for 10 to 12 weeks, disassemble, refuel or replace;
2. Regularly check the manipulator clutch of the punch, disassemble and refuel, observe the wear of its components, and repair or replace them in time.

According to the actual operation of the press equipment, the key parts of the high-speed press equipment shall be inspected for three guarantees and one disassembly in one year and a half to two years, so as to restore the performance and accuracy of the press equipment. |
