Causes of shaft current in pneumatic punch controller
1. Magnetic field asymmetry;
2. Harmonic in power supply current;
3. The manufacturing and installation of pneumatic punch is not good, and the air gap is uneven due to rotor eccentricity;
4. There is a gap between the two semicircles of the detachable stator core;
5. The number of pieces of stator core with fan-shaped stack is not appropriate.
Influence of shaft current on high speed punch:
The shaft current of the high-speed punch erodes the bearing surface or ball of the controller, forming point micropores, deteriorating the operating performance of the bearing, increasing friction loss and heating, and finally burning the bearing. |
