How to change hydraulic oil for high speed punch
1. Remove the mold;
2. Turn off the punch power;
3. Turn off the air pressure source;
4. Unscrew the oil drain port of the high-speed punch to hold the oil in the container;
5. Tighten the oil drain port;
6. Unscrew the filler and add new oil.
A. Hydraulic oil capacity of press: 30L
B. Oil: iso-vg-32 or similar (it is recommended to use imported oil, which is less prone to sludge)
Note: when new oil is added to the punch, the oil outlet of the oil tank must be cleaned and no impurities are allowed to enter.
